Anyone know/own a good PVD or CVD coating shop?

PVD = Physical Vapor Deposition, different from powder coating. CVD = Ceramic Vapor Deposition.

I need to PVD/CVD my watch buckle. I prefer local to San Diego, CA, but if I know that some places has cheaper price than local as when I powdercoat my diffuser, I paid too much compare to someone here who did it in Kansas (I think) or somewhere in the middle.

Anyone can recommend me a shop to do a CVD or PVD?
