disclaimer...it s a SLOW game. everything is real time triggered... in the beginning stuff takes 15min -to an hour. ive been playing for a little over 2 weeks. i have to wait 15 hours...

its stays interesting buy adding new colonys.

yea, a few days into it i was playing while drinking and bought 1000 ambrosia. i had no idea what it did, but i had to have it!.. turned out to be a great idea!

So I've got a L2 trading post, but can't seem to get either marble or wine.
I've got crystal glass to trade, but no one seems to take me up on offers.

Any suggestions on how to get some marble? Needed to upgrade the trading port from L3-> L4.

if you down load this add on you can see the military score and cash other islands have. it will be a valuable aid when looking for towns to pillage.

note if you find a town that has a (i) next to its name,\... thats a good place to attack. send in a spy and make sure you have enough to get past wall army(if any) most smaller (i) ive only need 10 phalaxs....

Just making sure, but that link was to a script writing deal of some sort... once I download this, is it going to be clear how to use it with the game, or do I need to run some sort of script on it?

Thanks for the shipment, btw. One day I'll get all my marble going and will be able to contribute something, I'm mostly researching right now, along with the occasional sack of one of my neighbors.

yes once downloaded it does it all by it self. with out it, if you go to island view then click a neighbor you will be given name and town score. with it you get gold and military score.

Palace getting built as we speak. I'm kinda surprised I'm not getting attacked yet.

I've been keeping my level low as I can while researching as much as I can right now.

i was pretty lucky in not having been attacked. if you can manage 50 phalanx and a few ships, it should be enough to keep any attacker at bay.
