I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to upgrade my palace and governor's residences so I can add another colony.

just yesterday i finished up grading 2 of my towns gr. took more then a week, i had been running both at 50% for a bit, the had it down to 25%. now 0.. so happy. getting this 5th town is going to be very expensive!!!

This is what I posted in the alliance circular message

MStrong has been under attack by Billyhines420 for awhile now and I believe the time has come to strong arm him. I have been keeping a close watch and sent in spies and kept up with his military score and etc. but have not been able to do much until now. Here is the information I know so far.

Billyhines420 (Theriaos)
Nova Scotia (town he is using to attack MStrong) [55:52]
size: 18
Army: Swordsman: 45 Phalanx: 39 (as of 27/11 3:35) No fleet

YENDYS (Sulphur) [56:52]
size: 16
Army (unknown, but I have spy headed his way)

Krystle Town (Crystal) [56:53]
Size: 10
Army (unknown and I do not have spy headed that way)

I currently have 50 Swordsman and 30 Phalanx headed towards my newest colony Polis [53:49] in order to defend and attack in this mission. I am in the process of building more units to dedicate to this, but I do not think I can attack enough to win this war. Who else want to pick up their arms with me?

Good to hear some responses so quick, so far this is what we have dedicated

Swordsman: 50
Darryl
Phalanx: 20
Battering ram: 3

MStrong, you need to help us coordinate this attack since you know when the attacks are going to be. And if anyone else is up for it we really appreciate the help.

Darryl pointed out that it would take him about ~7hrs to arrive and it will take me at least ~3hrs before I am on the ground for action. We gotta time these attacks together in order to be successful. I am working the night shift and won't be back for awhile.

Update #1
Timmah also so agreed to help us in this effort, he is dedicating a small army and fleet from [49:58]. I am going to try to amass ~150 swordsman and ~50 phalanx for an attack, but this is going to take about a day to build and position to attack.
