exarkun1178, can you update the first page to show where everybody's cities are within our alliance?
Anybody interested in a cultural treaty? Is there any alliance pillaging / battling anticipated soon? Even though I'm the low man in the totem pole, I'd like to see where I can assist. As of right now, I'm just focused on building up my cities and research as quickly as possible. Marble seems to be a relatively hot commodity over in my area, so it's proving beneficial to sell and use the surplus cash to buy other luxuries that are selling for much less...

What next?
OK Guys - with the rules changes coming up - I've paid to get Ikariam Plus so I could speed up development... I've gotten my 3 main colonies to Lvl 16, and built town walls up to match. I've started my 4th colony (marble) and have been trying to upgrade the warehouse like crazy so I could stock enough stuff to build up the governor's residence (to end the corruption).
Now - once I solve the corruption issue - would you advise pouring efforts into taking one colony to lvl 20 or try and bring all of them to say, lvl 18? Cheers, -Darryl

id spend(and i did) every marble and wood on town walls, and spys. both it sounds will make the biggest difference when pillaging tactics change.
each town i have at lv 24 wall, and still working on spy, 3 of 4 at lv 16.. my new town , im just working on lv 16 warehouse and town wall.. im at 14 going to 15 now warehouse and lv 8 wall... town hall is still lv 1. also the other 4 towns with walls at 24, the town lv is 20 for each i get the extra action point at lowest cost. but benefit of lv 24 wall |

Cheers, -Darryl PS: Another 14 days to steam giants! My crystal & money has been spent on upgrading phalanxes - they are at the maximum upgrade levels.

Makes me wish I'd just save the millions in gold I've pillaged previously instead of spending it on ships as I got it. That same cash would have bought me four times as many ships now.

Yeah, I noticed that my level 20 town has 8 actions points. I have countered unhappy towns by building military units. Gunman have assault bonus now, and every units are so much cheaper and faster to build (except they are LOT weaker). I think 1000-1500 Steam giants are reachable now.

My advice is to pillage the s#!t out of the inactives now. If you didn't pillage them before because their port levels were low hit them now because I'm gettting 25+ ships out of places I couldn't get 3 ships out of before.
