Well, the next step I took past that window with hot babes going pee... was nothing but air.... I was going down in a big way.... I fell superman style 10ft down into the river off the back of the walkway.

Big splash down, I was under water waving my arms everywhere. I didn't hit anything on the way down (I don't think). Once I found bottom and got my head above water, I couldn't believe what had just happened. I clung to one of the piers and attempted to climb it a couple of times. It was slippery and I only had a t-shirt on at 1:30am in the F%&Cking River!

Oh wait it gets better. While I'm down in the river holding on to the pier for my life, my buddy tells a guy in the long bathroom line that I’m out the window, taking a piss like a man

Next thing I know I’m holding on to the pier, I look up, the drunk bastard falls into the river right next to me. At this point all I can do is laugh, and wait for him to come up for air. “OMG” he says. I came to find out my buddy convinced him it was a half sober idea. The drunk bastard must have had the same distraction with the women in the bathroom window and walked right past it a little to far.......rotf I just looked at him and said, " You fell in too???" LMAO

OK, how to get out? Crossing the river was a good 250ft to get to the sand beach by the condos. I wasn't having it. My swimming buddy had a long sleeve shirt on and was able to climb a pier and then helped me up. I gashed up my arms with my attempts and was bleeding.

At this point my buddy comes out the back window a bit worried, but he couldn't believe his eyes. Two wet guys that needed to walk out the front door of the bar with about 10 cops hanging out (due to a prior fight that broke out) during last call with all the lights on !!!!

It was definitely a walk of shame.......

The ride home was a riot. I smelled like stagnated water and the laughter was unstoppable. Oh yeah, I didn't even get to take that piss I was so eager to relieve myself of. I did in the shower when I got home.....

In honor of my FAIL, I have been nicknamed Aqua Man & Holy Diver among my friends.

"Personal" EPIC FAIL!

Funny Sh!t aside, it could have been a very tragic outcome if I had landed on rocks or cross beams on the way down. I got lucky and am glad I can laugh about it today.

Actually I’ve been laughing for two days straight.

that is AWESOME! and FWIW Capitola is one of my FAVORITE places to hang out when i'm visiting my uncle in San Mateo

Falling off the pier story was great. I was waiting for you to say the guy dropped trou and was taking a leak on you though.

Reminds me of a story with my cousin. At a very young age he started a land scapeing business (that he still runs). Anyway one day he and his Dad who would help him on occasion when his work was slow where mowing a yard. Well the lady of the house goes out the mailbox in her thong. Distracted like the kid in the Stacy's Mom music video he runs the mower right off the curb for the really nasty blade on concrete sound. Obviously there is no hiding she got the attention she was seeking when that happened. His Dad proceeded to reem him out a little and laugh about it some too at the same time. Well sure enough enough a few weeks later back on the same job- the exact same thing happens but it was his Dad running the mower this time.
My cousin knew exactly what happened as soon as he heard that sound and was just dying laughing.

We sold to all the local mechanics and small garages (OK - repair shops).

One of our regulars worked by himself in a rented railway arch near the city centre.
He didn't have a ramp (lift) - just a pit.

One morning he opened up and, still half asleep, drove a customer's car over the pit for the first job of the day.

It was a Reliant Robin.....
