Nope. They were obviously taught to have no conscience where their own well-being is concerned -- no matter how wrong, or who gets hurt or has to do without. Republicans!

How about picking up all the Starbucks empties along the side of the freeway for a week or two? (All wages remitted to the Girl Scout that was robbed).

Yeah both of those girls are very real. I've had the misfortune of meeting too many people like that.

Both girls mentioned they were "pissed." Don't know why the reporter didn't ask, "Why are you pissed?" I'm guessing they are pissed at the DA/court/parents for bringing charges against them. That mentality never ceases to astound me. How can you not draw the conclusion that it was YOUR fault this happened?!

Personally I think this is another side effect of not enough corporal punishment.

Hey Randy
Which is the longest thread on ET ever? I know the Girls with Elise thread went on forever... I wonder if this thread will beat that one? Although I think that one would still be going if u didn't close it

I can't believe this thread has 49 pages and over 900 posts

This is a scary video. I've often thought that - given the enormous effect of peer pressure - some criminals should be publicly punished and embarrassed. I'd like to test my theory beginning with these two.

Decades ago, people were put in stocks, and had rotten fruit thrown at them. This would be a good starting point. With the girls in bikinis, of course.

I do fear that this would allow them to, yrs later, write their autobiographies: "Crime and Dumbishment". ("Crime and Numbishment"?)

I'm really not kidding about the stocks.

The thread: "What is the funniest/most stupid comment you ever got?" has 3320 posts, it was closed because it was getting too big, and "What is the funniest/most stupid comment you ever got? (Part 2)" was created to continue the thread. It has 497 posts (so far).

The two combined have 3817 posts (so far). I think that one is going to be the winner for a long time to come...

Umm... you're openly admitting that you'd like to publicly humiliate and corporally punish two underage girls?

I'm with him! Unfortunately community service won't do the trick, these two are just far too dumb to learn anything from that type of punishment.

Uh... they both said they were pissed, they both said "because," and they both gave their reason. Basically they were mad because, even though they got caught, they should get to keep the money.
