Dream Interpretation Question: Driving my Evora - LotusTalk

This has sort of been a recurring dream for me:

I'm driving my Evora but I'm driving it like a toddler drives their toy car. I'm literally sitting on top of the hood and pushing the car with my feet. Much like the picture below except the car is full size:

The setting is usually the same which is a long freeway entrance ramp by my old place in California. The problem is I never seem to go very fast (maybe about 30-35 mph). Sometimes, there's a person in a car behind me but they never pass or honk. I'm conscience of them behind me so I try to move faster. One thing that's the most prominent in the dream feeling the physical exertion of trying to move the car with my feet.

Last night's dream took a different turn. It was the same as above, however, this time, I realized that if I leaned forward (like riding a sport bike) I could kick & push the car instead of pulling it. (Again, physical impossible with a full size car but it worked). Once I did that, I'm able to easily get up to freeway speeds.

Any thoughts on this recurring dream?

means that you think the Evora isn't fast enough?

My only dream with the Esprit (after 12 years of ownership) was recently dreaming that I had to park the car at a scenic overlook, but I was nervous because I don't have a parking brake due to my racing brakes.... So I tried to park it on level ground, but I had to leave the engine running for some reason. As soon as I got out it started rolling towards a cliff. I was unable to stop it, but I did wake up just before it went over the edge!

I'm sure the dream was due to my unease about the fact that I don't have a parking brake...

It's a dream. Dreams are weird. That's my interpretation.

Along the line of thinking of qu1Z, maybe it means you should buy my motorcycle listed in my sig. When you sit on it, you will be able to propel it with your feet on the ground on either side, just like in your dream!

Déjà vu is not an "anomaly of memory, giving the false impression that an experience is "being recalled"' (Wikipedia)...It is a dream recalled.
A piece of your future that is dreamed and then played out giving you the feeling of having see it before. Most dreams are forgotten but Déjà vu is remembered when it's played again.

maybe it is telling you your car will start breaking down soon. given what some have said about the Evora, you may have recalled that in your dream

According to Freudian interpretation, your Evora is an extension of your penis (that is it is seated between your legs), and your lack of performance in your dream reflects a fear of impotence or some other inadequacy that you are struggling with. Your solution to "get up" to freeway speeds in the dream represents a yearning to compensate for this inadequacy.

Exactly. I watch my < 2 year old get excited about the exact same things. We never lose our childhood... very formative times.

Your brain isn't as logical or accurate when you dream and puns are frequent. Suppose you forgot in your dream that the engine is in the back, what would it mean then? Perhaps the message is to "stay on top" of your engine...
