NEED HELP!!!! Need advice on body repair!! - LotusTalk

One of my friends dropped his seat off his Jeep Wrangler on top of his door. The door has a huge dent in it. I can see all the way to the clear coat. I will try to put some pictures up...but whats the best way to fix it...would spray touch up? or pen? work.
