I've searched several times to see if I could find the video clip. It's really short. He says, or asks the question:

"Sock it to me?"

If you know what I'm talking about and know where to get that clip, please post it. -- thanks

I met a traveler from an antique land
Who said: `Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, a shattered visage lies, whose frown,
And wrinkled lip, and sneer of cold command,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed.
And on the pedestal these words appear --
"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings:
Look on my works, ye Mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.'

Unfinished homes in a subdivision in Maricopa, Arizona are seen through yellow caution tape and fencing set up to prevent trespassing February 25, 2009. Maricopa was one of the fastest growing towns in America until vast unemployment and the real estate bust swept through the country. Now, approximately 75 percent of residents owe more money on their mortgages than their homes are actually worth. Some developers are left to leave new homes unbuilt due to the slow economy. I'm wondering if those homes were left unsold not because of the poor economy, but because of their butt-ugliness.

Anyway, why is it a problem for you to owe more than the house is worth. This condition, in and of itself, has no effect on anything until you want to move.

Or refinance...

In any case by definition the owner had to actually believe, and commit to contract, what their house was worth at the time the mortgage was originated.

Ron Pratt's P-51 flew in to my airport right after it had been restored. Ron Pratt is the guy that has bought a lot of the most expensive cars at Barrett-Jackson,
but I am sure that most of you know that. He had this plane restored to the same level he has all his cars restored to. It absolutely looked like a brand new P-51.
It was almost to pretty to fly.

Last year I spent time in northern Spain. There were many houses, developments and high rise buildings where construction had stopped. Many small villages had old (ancient) houses that were abandoned or boarded up.

I'm working with a guy who lives in Maricopa. He said, of the 8 or 10 houses on his block, his is the only one occupied.

We're not getting paid. It's a start-up and we're all working for a share of the company. Hopefully, we'll have our software ready to make some sales soon so he can keep his house... I better get back to work
