After 10 years together, through many adventures, just over 5 weeks ago my wife and I were blessed with a little baby boy. Jawad (stallion in Arabic - named after my grandfather) was born a little early, and we had a few scares during labor, but mama and baby are both doing fine now.

I see you all as friends and thought I'd share the good news. Half Arab/Half French = Fully American. Ahh, I love this country.

Personally, I find the birth of a baby to be one of the true highlights of my life. And it just seems to get better after that

Nice name too! We gave our kids middle names from their heritage (their Great-grandfather is Nigerian). I think it's important to honor the past - but live in the present.
