They're dropping like flies - Billy Mays has died

Just saw on Fox News that infomercial king Billy Mays was just found dead in his home. Dang I liked that guy too...Pitchmen was hysterical. Only 50 years old too. RIP.

WTF, this is like the year 3-4 celebs died within 2 months or so... the year Bono (Ski accident?), John Denver (plane?), etc died I think... so sad. No details yet huh? Just mentions he was found in home.

That's sad, but I went leaping for the remote whenever one of this ads came on. He was so annoying and his hysterical demeanor made me nervous. I made it a point never to buy anything he was trying to pawn off on the public.

Bummer. Just saw part of the first episode of pitchmen I've seen too.
Found his commercial voice annoying, but the bit of him on the show I saw he seemed like a fun, entertaining guy, like he would of been fun to drink some beer with.

I don't feel attached to celebrities or any special emotions for them, I just don't have any bond or personal connection to them (I rarely watch TV and don't really follow hollywood or even know who is who) but it's still a bummer to see a guy only 50 bite the big one.

I loved Billy and his work. Pitchmen was a great show.

I can't believe it happened.

He had a hilarious personality. I'm just sad more people didn't ever get to see it because they muted the TV or changed the channel when one of his commercials came on.

Pitchmen showed a different side to him. He was hilarious. He was human.

He'll be missed.

R.I.P. Billy Mays

Another sad end. At least he went out at the top of his game. Last Pitchmen I saw he was driving his Bentley to go look at a private jet to buy...

Its reported that he was on a flight last night with a rough landing. Somehow he took a shot to the head. Maybe just a coincidence, but maybe not...

I also heard he got hit in the head with luggage that fell out of the planes overhead compartment. Probably died from the same cause as Liam Neeson's wife in the ski accident. You can't take a blow to the head too lightly, easy to get a bleed out.

I believe that in time, this will become another case similar to Natasha Richardson. A "mild" blow to the head, followed by death shortly thereafter. RIP Billy Mays. I liked him quite a bit.
