The south was looted and bankrupted after the civil war and mississippi has never recovered.
Low income, poor medical care, poor education, on average.
Poor blacks and whites suffered together.
I'm sorry if you have suffered because of their poverty.
It's just a lifestyle choice, after all.
They should have been born in the northern utopia.

Starting Aug 20 BBC America will be airing season 8 of Top Gear

I downloaded the entire show for the last several seasons. Low res youtube videos just don't do it for me. Mininova.org is where I get my DVD quality shows.
