My sister just called. Of course now she insists we split the earnings if we receive an acceptable offer. However, if she wins the 198 million dollar Megalotto tonight she said all bets are off.

ok,
I was ready to bid $33,000 dollars...but that's my Lotus Elise fund.
Can you put her in perspective----which would I be better off with---an Elise or your sister:-0

You can sell your sister? Who knew?

BTW, what's the reserve?

P.S. If you're reading this sis (and I know you are), just kidding!

back to the original point of the thread, i'm agreeing with Bavarian motorist, anyone who's truly a nut about cars and loves driving i'd be happy to meet.

I really need to tag along with my dad sometime and meet the new England area members.

She enters this deal with her own red Saturn Sky and proudly retells the story at every opportunity about how she wooped me at a 1-mile shifter kart track. Your decision.

I'd like to meet anyone else in Orange County.

As to sister vs elise. That's a tough one, they'll both give you problems, take your money, but make you happy until they give you problems that is. Perhaps you should try a lease?

I'm about the same age as you... would I be age appropriate and have the proper taste in cars?

She'd have to be willing to relocate to one or both of the coasts...

Chris, tag along with some fellow WPI'ers and come visit me in Southborough. There are a couple of interns who come every day from WPI, plus a new grad I just hired.
