Elise floaty at 80 MPH CULPRIT

Folks,

Thanks for all your help and advice! The culprit is "severe negative chamber and toe alignment due to a bent right rear upper control arm and the inner ball joint for toe adjustment is "sloppy" - add these to the missing center belly pan and there you go. I was very happy to see that everything else underneath looked real good. C&C Eurosports in Greensboro is working on it - really good fellow even if he is partial to Porsches - I should be up and running next week after the new parts, alignment, and oil change - all said and done plus a few extra fun parts - $1,000 - just in time for new tires since I chewed up the last set.

Thanks to everybody for their advice and suggestions!

Ash

Hmm... sounds like someone clouted a kerb... or something. Glad you've found your problem. If everything's back up to snuff, you'll have a lot to look forward to when you pick up your car!

Thats great!

Im sure that car appreciates being in your hands now instead of the previous owner.
