Forgive a novice quest but do Elises/Exiges have rear anti-roll bars?

just wondering what models do and don't if any..

The reason I ask is I have a very similar setup rear engine transverse and wondering if removing the anti roll bar is going to bring negative effects or even positives as the both wheels would be more likely to stay on the ground

any help appreciated
Andrew

As Dragon mentioned, there is no rear sway bar, but that is more because of the weight and suspension design than the drivetrain layout. The S1 Elises didn't have a front either. What type of car do you have?

Every car is different and it depends entirely on the the design of the suspension and the weight distribution of the car. What is correct on one car could be a disaster on another. If your car has a rear roll bar, the designers put it there for a reason - removing it would more than likely cause severe changes in the handling of the car.
