My Diamond Black wheels arrived today as well; tires are getting mounted tomorrow (Dunlop Direzza Star Specs - 205 fronts, 235 rears - went safe size wise to start with).
They came packaged well, fronts in one box, rears in another: ![]() Rear wheel in outdoor shadow lighting: ![]() Same rear wheel indoors under my shop fluorescent lighting: ![]() A front wheel in my shop lighting: ![]() Photos do not really do the Diamond Black justice as it varies colors so much with the pearl. I will post up photos of them on my yellow Elise in a couple days. They are sent with red valve stems but I happend to have a set of black Rays valve stems as spares from another set of Volks so I installed them instead. I am leaving off the red spoke decals as well (just the red TE37SL decals that were already on them will remain for now). |

Finally got around to mounting mine today; unfortunately, I ran out of light (my garage doesn't have power, so I ended up having to use my motorcycle as an expensive flashlight, haha), so wider-angle shots will have to wait until tomorrow. I grabbed these long-exposure shots with a tripod to illustrate the fitment with 205/50R16 and 235/45/R17 Star Specs; I focused on the rear, as it had the more drastic change in offset.
