LSS Wheel paint durability question

Recently got my car back from a decent tire shop I used in the past. Unfortunately they scratched my LSS wheels. However, when looking at the paint, it seems thin and flakes off very easily, I noticed that when I accidentally touched my wheel with the lug wrench. Is this common ( thin paint, durability etc.) or perhaps I have a bad batch of wheel paint?

I know that most wheels the paint ( powdercoat?) seems pretty darn thick, these wheels the paint is super thin. BTW, they are black LSS wheels

Exact same thing happened to me. The metal underneath the chip seems untouched (as opposed to gouged).

Seems to me then it was just a paint job as opposed to a more durable/thicker powder coat based on responses. Is there touchup paint one could buy?
