Ohlins DA adjustment prob. - no "CLICK"

My suspension is almost complete...have camber shims removed, Ohlins DA, and BWR sway bar...
Problem is I was at the track adjusting the rebound adjustments, and 3 out of the 4 adjustors click and set very loudly. The fourth I can't feel a click or set....is there a way to fix this?

My Nitrons stopped clicking as well. I am sure they still work but no clicking to know where I am at. Any suggestions?

I suspect you'll have to have it rebuilt.

The Ohlins owners manual says "if no click is felt, the damper must be inspected by an authorized service workshop. It could be due to incorrect or lack of gas pressure".

I have this problem on the left front only. I don't have enough time on (10 track days est.) them to warrant a rebuild - do I?

^depends how low they are set and if they were bought new or used

also sometimes they just go bad...maybe you go to tracks that put the most strain in the front driver side more than the other 3 sides

but if you guys are going to rebuild might as well do all 4!

Sorry for bumping this old thread
I want to see if anyone have solution of this.

I found out my Ohlins experience the same problem. No "click" when I turn the dial and there's a good amount of oil on the damper...

Please help
