I have the 16/17 in stock. The front are 16X7 30mm and the rear are 17X8 38mm.

The 18" Team Dynamics would need to be ordered. They would take 6 to 8 weeks.

The wheels and girls came from Joe @ Treadzone. He did supply the girls too, but make sure he pokes some holes in the boxes. They came out a little light headed.
