Testing out some IMRP Mono-balls

Just started pressing out the stock bushings and getting these guys pressed in. They will be getting their testing at the LCS/WCLM at Spring Mountain. More info later. Sorry for the cell phone photos, I'll get some better ones later.

Very nice looking pieces! Appox. cost for the set?

What are the expected Pros/Cons when using these? I have seen a ton of the stock plastic bushings back out of the arm and contact the subframe. You think these will be a suitable street car replacement?

I paid $450 for the set and the front is available with different sized spacers for adjusting caster beyond what the factory bushing allows.

Brent and Tim will have to report their findings as they were installed on their cars. I was only helping install and taking a couple poor photos. I also didn't make it to the track.

yeah, wow. What do they do? They give the car a direct and responsive feel that I can only compare to.

Stock rubber = pickup truck
Mono-balls = race car.

Street driveable? Personnal prefference, I drove my car to and from LCS this weekend, 250 miles each way. I would rather take a long trip in a S-class Benz, but they make the car/chassis do what it is supposed to, communicate w/ the driver. And the last I herd this is supposed to be a drivers car not a luxury car.

My S-class communicates with me a lot. Today it told me that my tire pressures were off and that I had 5 new emails. It also told me to stay off of the 57fwy because of an accident and the weather for the week. Thats communication!

But they did make a world of difference on the car and the install was not to bad. The upper arms can even be done without completely removing them off of the car.

The kind of communication that is meaningful to me as a driver, is the kind that tells me to go two feet in That's communication

Pressed in?
What kind of force does it take?
I see circlips - where are those used?

And where does one procure these from?

the clips hold the actual mono-ball in the outer sleeve. You cant see them in a completed piece because the o rings cover them.

Finding IMRP

Not familiar with IMRP and Google search did not produce any useful results. Would you provide a way to find these products/company? PM or post appreciated!
