Billet Turn Signal Stalks Blinkers

I had these on my last car which was originally ANXIETY s car, I guess he put them on. Can't find them anywhere but I remember they were awesome and way cooler then the black plastic things. They complimented the micro mirror great. You can't see them that great at all but here is a pic I still had from the sale.

I used to have the instruction for them, you had to cut the platic stalks off. I specifically remember the last thing the instructions said: "They look nice don't they!"

You can get them from your dealer. They are a Lotus Sport part.

Elise Parts have a different pair also: Elise Parts - *>**>*Indicator Stalks

Actually the ones in aaron's photo are different than the lotus sport ones. I bought mine from british ebay, and they are the same design. These are brushed aluminum whereas most others are polished. The brushed appearance matches the other aluminum bits better imho.

The stalks from EliseParts come in either satin silver, polished aluminum or satin black with silver tips.

I have polished alluminum ones. I like the feel and the look. They take some adjustment to get it right. If you push them down too far, the base of the stalk interferes with moving the stalk all the way into position for the blinker or for getting to high speed on the wipers.

I'm a little nervous that the stiff metal could stress the plastic base. I'm gentle with them.

A huge aesthetic improvement. Too bad there isn't a fix for the plastic mounts, so the function could be improved as well.

Do these stalks get hot when baking in the sun?
