FYI the guy who made these parts is now selling them in Japan. The hatch mold is not yet complete for mass production though.

Nice craftsmanship and it's interesting, but when I see the entire finished car I realize the word 'restraint' doesn't exist in the Japanese language!

i would say that this is a nice stepping stone... great work... If they could do that, they could probably nake custom parts that would have unique designs for the back.... instead of the line openings, maybe holes all around...

I think the hatch alone is clean, without the other addon bits but thats my personal taste. I am looking into getting one when the mold is complete...

Is there a website to follow up the parts?

NYconnect?NY?????

The owner apparently speaks no English, so I have been communicating via translator software...I will keep those interested updated on the status of the hatch. Other bits on his car like the lower rear valence parts and a front splitter are available...

Just beware the yen conversion

It looks cool but must add weight having two peices.

Was thinking, can you just have the boot cover with no engine cover?? is this a legal option.

A see through cover would also be sexy like the R8 and some ferrari's

Spoiler is very similar in concept to the one on the Type 62 (quasi Europa) race car.
