Drivers window won't go up all the way

There is about a 3/4 inch gap between the soft top and the top of the window when the window is in the up position. Is there a way to adjust the window?
How do I do that? Any tricks to taking the door panel off?
Thank you so much!!!!
Bradley

Run the window down all the way. Get a flashlight and a #2 philips head screw driver with some length.

Use the screw driver to poke between the rubber seals along the back side of the little triangular bit that the side mirror is mounted to. Use the flashlight to look between the seals. You're looking for the window guide rail. Run your eyes down from the top of that guide rail until you find a philips head screw in it that mounts it to the door. Use the screwdriver to make sure that screw is tight.

Now do the same thing at the back of the door near the push/pull lock.

I remember doing this a few years ago! These fora helped me with this issue and it has not happened again. Question -- is this normal behaviour or shall we expect to make this adjustment yet again some day?
