How to remove door panel?

I got a nasty rattle in the driver side door with the window up or down, in fact when I bang on the door panel near the power window switch area, I can reproduce the same rattle sound. So I want to pop open the door panel to see if its just something loose that needs to be tighten up... The four Allen bolts on the face of the door panel came off easy with the Allen key from the tool kit, but the screw on the lower front corner of the door panel is different & looks like a Phillips screw but the Phillips screwdriver doesn't seems to fit right, anybody have any idea what kind of tool do I need to remove this one screw? Thanks so much for your help!

Posi drive I would guess.
Phillips are cross headed, pozi is twin cross headed at a 45 degree angle

It's hardly a screw at all. You can pry out and force fit back in if need be.

The trick is once you get those, and the obvious bolts out, dealing with the little hook in the front that you can't see.

Thanks guys!! Yeah, my cousin also said that is a pull-out thing. Hopefully, I'll have time to give it another go this weekend! BTW, is there any way to peel back the plastic vapor barrier without cutting it open?

Yes, the vapor barrier will come off without cutting and can be replaced using the same double sided tape it was installed with, if your careful. A #2 pozi screwdriver is a must have for you lotus tool box.....the car is loaded with pozi screws and phillips just buggers them up.
