I know Newport European had a drawer full of touch-up paint.
You might try them...

Hello, we do have AR (and most other colors) Touch-up Pencils in Mexico, if somehow its easier to source them here for you.

I was told that combustible things like paint are not 'mail-able'. If so, we are going to have to buy the stuff in person at the respective dealers.
