Lotus "California" interior

This was at Hethel the other day and is apparently labelled the "California". Only got the one pic pinched from another guys library. Looks good, just debateable as to whether or not it is appropriate in an Elise.

I think is kind of cheesy, but the more I look at it the more it grows on me. The white accents will get dirty quickly, though. especially getting in and out of the car.

Agreed. The colour is very wrong! If it was more like...

On a black car then it would look fantastic.

what do you guys think about the body colored plastic fins? I think it makes the junk behind them more noticeable. Not the best look.

I like the interior.

I don't like the body colored fins.

i think it looks cool (hey, they call me Mr. Cheese), but I don't think it belongs in the Elise. The Elise is supposed to raw and minimalistic.

I agree.

Is the whole dash covered?

I'm surprised no one has brought up the possibility of the glare getting in the way of...I don't know...seeing out the windshield?

The trimshop definately has some talented folks, I'm just short on cash

Ever seen a white leather interior of an old Lambo Countach? White leather does not wear well. But it does look nice when new.
Cheers,

it's an LHD car, yet it has the euro cast wheels.

i don'tcare for it, but at least it's less over-the-top than the 72d.

i can only imagine what the sticker price is on that unit with all that trim work. there's even leather on the sills.
