SweetDaddyD made me some static numbers under tight deadline, and they work and function great! I'll be testing them at Putnam this weekend.
Thanks again Keith! ![]() |

Lol. See my signature.
Been dying to get a pre 67 Type 2 forever. I will eventually. I've had a few Beetles, Ghias, etc on the aircooled side, and Corrado, diesel Golf, new Beetle on air ride, etc on the H2O side. Built quite a few A/C engines, even a 2280cc once! |

Very cool! Looks like we have similar interests. I've had several pre-67 busses, a few bubble windows, a mid 70's beetle and three squarebacks as well as a handful of Porsche 914's (hence the screen name). I've also had a MK1 Gti, a Scirocco 8V and a couple MK2 Gti's. It's a sickness!!!
Here's the VW I wish I had back the most - a '64 Singlecab that my dad and I restored when I was in college. I ended up selling it back in '93 - and have regretted it ever since! |

Just a few pics of the new numbers and my car in action at Putnam Park this past weekend. The numbers held up great and I got a lot of compliments on them. Great job DaddyD! (Pics courtesy of PhotoMotion)
