Official Lotus Starshield ?

While detailing my car a while back I noticed a tiny Lotus emblem on the drivers side rear starshield piece (behind the drivers side rear wheel) The emblem looks to be stamped into the starshield.

Anyone else noticed this. Anyone noticed it on the front or side starshields?

Thought it was interesting.

There is at least one Lotus Logo on each piece of the Starshield applied to the car. That indicates that it was "official" Starshield applied by the distributer when the car was brought into the country. It also includes the guarantee.

I had mine replaced yesterday as it had started to look very yellow. You should have a warranty card with your cars documents.

^Nice I bet the dealer hates to see cars out of the 3 year warranty but within the 5 year come in for the starshield, I guess they have to hold to their word though!
