When I get some time I'll try and remember to make 6 or 7 or so really cool additions to this thread, with a few things that are a little different. Too busy right now. In the process of striping a polar blue right now actually.

Here is mine. Thought I would throw it in the mix as well...since this is the "Official" stripes page.
Custom painted stripes as well as other areas to accentuate the lines of the Elise.

Anybody with stripes on an '08 Exige S (or a Cup roof)? The sticker city stripes for the Exige aren't quite right for the '08 (they're designed for the shorter roof scoop on the '07 Ex S), and I'm trying to decide how best to work around (or over?) the roof scoop.

TIA,

I've been meaning to post a photo tutorial for a while now on how you can custom trim in stuff like that without hurting the paint at all. If you pick up stripes from me, I'd be more than happy to walk you through it.

I will be doing an 08 Exige very soon. But will probably just trim in my way rather than taking all the time to make a computer cut kit for it. It's easy and will have just as good or maybe a better fit in the end.

Stripes by ChuforiaGraffix.com

I've been striping quite a few Lotus cars lately.
Here are a couple of the more recent ones. I havn't even had a chance to put these on my website yet.

Stripes installed by ChuforiaGraffix.com ....

07 Exige S demo car at Lotus of Atlanta
Car has lots of subtle touches not seen here. I'll post another thread of it or a spot on my website with more pics, as well as the install process.

The dark charcoal metallic over gloss black is very subtle in the shade or dark and produces a nice phantom effect. The metallic makes it more visible and more silver looking in the bright sun. Notice in the pic under the wing the center of the charcoal stripe nearly disappears in the shade.

Moar pics. Lotus cars with graphics by ChuforiaGraffix.com

more of the black Exige S.

Last pic is removing thin stripes to put wider ones on after car was repaired by local restoration shop. Previous work was a very crappy install, but at least they used good vinyl. You can see that as it's coming off there is no residue left behind. This is for all of you that are worried about removing vinyl. This is one of the big plusses. Easy removal, easy repair.
Of course if someone gives you cheap vinyl- this will not be the same story.

ChuforiaGraffix.com uses only the best. For 90% of installations I use a cast 2 mil thick (as thin as a coat of paint) material imported from Germany.

I completed my stripes before log. Added to the bottom, and changed the Elise lettering from reflective orange to matte black to match better. Also made black and orange hood and wheel emblems.Attachment 88811
