Do these brackets come with hardware to mount scoops with?

edit; ie the 3 bolts, or whatever solution is used with this set-up.

well after 3 long days of bending,checking fit.tapping holes and so on.the first 10 sets will go to anodizing in the morning.two or three days later.they will be made into kits and set off to thomas.couple pics.one of a production set on my car and a table full of parts.Attachment 123319

thanks guys.its been a tough job making these kits work.i just found the side scoops on ebay for 200.00$i just looked about a week ago and the cheapest price i could find was 369.00$cant believe they can make these so cheap.plus look this good.
