Took my 07 Elise in for its 1000 mile checkup. HSW is the new Lotus dealer in the Memphis area. They were the closest dealer to me. I scheduled my appointment with service manager Kevin Williams. Even though I didn't buy my car from them, he along with owners Mike Adair and his wife Janet gave me a very warm welcome and answered all my questions. Even invited me into the service area to get a look at undercarriage and the work they were performing. Loaned me a car so I could go grab some breakfast. Over all a very satisfying experience. Thanks also to service technician Abraham for the attention to detail. It was a pleasure meeting you!
