Thumbs up Great Service at Silver Star, Thousand Oaks.

I took my 2007 Elise in for the 1000 mile service this week.

I was having problems engaging fourth gear, so they asked to keep it for another day.

They ended up swapping out the shifter for one from a new vehicle, as the delivery time from factory was too long.

Richie, Jason and Tom are class acts and I will use them for all servicing.

BTW I only went to Silver Star based on recommendations from forum members after having two negative experiences when trying to buy a car from them.

Ironically, Charlotte (2007 Laser Blue Elise), who the Ventura County group met on our Santa Paula airport trip, was also getting her first service. She had Lotus Beverly Hills plates, I have Newport European. We both tried and failed to buy local.

Off to enjoy the second cam now that break-in is over..............

Dale, Spencer and Russ are friendly in sales.
