Kudos to Newport European Lotus

I just have to say THANKS! to the folks at Newport European. I stopped in today because I needed a speaker grill from the melted ring syndrome. As always they were fast, friendly, and efficient. I bought my car from them, Wow has it already been 3 years, and my warranty does expire tomorrow . But I have no worries as the few problems I have had have been very minor and easy to fix myself.

Even when I lived in NY they sent me parts, under warranty, just after one phone call, with no hassle. Great service that is just hard to find anymore and they understand the term "Customer Service"

Anyway I HIGHLY recommend this dealer for purchase, repair, parts or just to stop in and say Hi......just remember sometimes you end up with a new car after you say Hi!
