Props to Euroclassics in Richmond
Just wanted to leave some feedback on my last experience with Euroclassics in Richmond.
So far I have only had good experiences with them from regular maintenance to last minute inspections when I happen to be near Richmond. My last visit involved an inspection and tire change. I was out of town all week so my wife took care of ordering tires from Tire Rack and shipping them to Euroclassics. They were very helpful, friendly and patient with her, which is great since she rarely does anything regarding maintenance on our cars and isn't familiar with it. When I dropped my car off I asked to talk to the technician handling the alignment and tire replacement. They called him right up to the desk and he was very helpful answering my questions. When I picked the car up, everything went smooth and guess what... my wheels were nice and shiny as was all my window glass I couldn't tell if they washed the rest of the car because it was raining. Perhaps this is standard procedure, but it was an unexpected surprise for me and made me a happy customer driving home. Thanks Euroclassics! |
