The folks at BMCD were extremely nice today for my 1k service. Billy Edmonds, the Lotus service advisor, was a pleasure to work with. He treats each person like they are the most important person in the building.

I was experiencing the 80 mph shimmy and I asked Mr. Edmonds if they would balance each wheel. They found the driver's front wheel was off by 2 ounces.

They balanced that wheel and checked the others...my car seriously feels like a new car!!

Thanks also to Sorinne (aka SuperVixen) for showing me the Ice White Elise SC they have in stock. That's an awesome color on an Elise.
