Just wanted to give a huge thumbs up to John at FVMC. He was very fast to help me when other places dragged their feet. He followed up multiple times to ensure everything I ordered came in OK.

I own a performance shop who prides ourselves on customer service and quality, and I'll be the first to say that this industry has a ton of shops with terrible customer service. But, John is definitely one of the easiest people to work with I've ran across in a while! I requested a quote from a certain 'garage' who sells Lotus parts and it took 2+ weeks with NO reply...John had me taken care of immediately!
