74 Zetec Europa For Sale

I HATE to do this....but situations force sale of either my 1974 Europa or the Elise.... ( the Elise won )...so, here goes... the short list:
2.0 liter Zetec crate engine --0 miles.... Estimated at 240 HP by the engine builder ( SRE Race Engines )
Crower stage 2 race cams
Ported / Polished pulling 260 CFM through the head
Alloy pulleys throughout the engine with unothodox racing alloy flywheel
oversize stainless steel valves
ARP rod bolts
Ceramic coated headers
2 inch stainless steel custom exhaust
oversized rear sway bar ( 1 inch )
new elec fuel pump
stainless steel fuel lines with drains
drains installed for coolant lines
Disc brake conversion--all 4 wheels--- 10- 1/2 inch Wilwood vented racing brakes ( I think they're 4 piston )
15 inch tire / wheels conversion all around
Wheels: Konig Helium weight: 10 pounds each.
Tires: BFGoodrich G Force radials.... ( drag radials on the rear ) ( I will update with sizes )
Transmission: 5 speed NG-3 from a 1983 Fuego Turbo ( 8000 miles on the trans )
New Weber 45 DCOE Carbs with custom intake.
Both gas tanks have been rebuilt to new specs.
shifter is from a Toyota MR2; all cable conversion to the trans...no tubes
new battery
I'm sure there is more for this list; but it can be added later....
ALL the old Europa parts ( with the exception of the twincam engine-which was sold ) go with the car.
ALL the stock Zetec parts go with the car.
Car is not on the road yet.... it does need some minor finish work......... I need to recoup some of my parts money at least. I need to get about $ 18,000 for this car.....and is not open to much discussion after that....Needless to say as with any project I have MUCH MUCH more than that into it. PICS to follow:

Well, I don't REALLY want to sell it, but have to.... in my opinion, it handles better than the Elise, and when it's tweaked it'll be much quicker... power to weight ratio of a Viper, or better.

She's home again !...... the sound of the engine is unbelievable ....so much different from when it wasn't running right. Still sounds like a V-8 ! but a (little ) quieter.....starts right up tho !

Well, Matt... when you have almost $ 46,000 sitting there looking in your face and you can't even get 18 K for the parts you put into it, all I want to do is get rid of one of the worst investments I've ever made. That's just the way it is....was always like that... ...nothing really needs to be done...AutoEurope was driving it around when I got it back after they got some problems fixed ( alternator rebuilt---was a brand new one that got shorted out by the guys who did the engine swap ) ( who will remain nameless; but their initials are bsm ) They also got the carbs set up & richened, new throttle linkage / cables ( that was also screwed up by previous initials ) So, was running good when I got it back; I just never got insurance on it. I have well over 45,000 invested, just looking for the money I put into parts. This car handles as good or better than the Elise.
