You have low mileage and a good price...have you considered trying to sell to a dealer instead of to an individual? Perhaps not necessarily a Lotus dealer, but a car dealer that deals in sports/luxury cars usually lust over cars like these.

Good luck...

That worked well for me with my 05 Elise. Lotus of Atlanta sold my car on consignment in just a few weeks. I got the same price I was asking (48K), they marked it up 10% and made some money. I didn't have to deal with any tire kickers or field countless phone calls. OTOH, I tried that with my (near perfect) S2000 and it languished for 6 weeks. My son put it on eBay and it sold the first day for the "Buy it now price". I am now a believer in eBay. This year I sold a Jeep, 26 foot boat, and S2000 with great results. And very little hassle.

Only problem with consignment: you lose the use of the vehicle while it is being sold. And with two different cars the dealer lost a set of keys/remotes/handbook. Wierd. I would secure any items that aren't nailed down and overnight them when the car is sold.

I can't believe how cheap these cars have become. This appears to be a beautiful specimen, good luck with the sale.
