Nice summary.
The oil change interval is not 3k, it's 7.5k for normal use and 4k for severe usage. From what I've heard, the 'fix' for the headlight 'sunburn' issue is not completely effective. Some 'burn' marks are, I think, to be expected on any used Elise. I agree about the sticky idea, but I'm going to move it to the Cars for Sale forum first.

I would believe this is covered by warranty. If the car is stock and used under normal conditions, the part shouldn't fail, and if it does, should be covered by the warranty. If the car is used significantly on the track, then consideration should be given to upgrading to the toe-link brace to alleviate the possibility of a catastrophic toe-link failure. If the car has modified suspension and/or stickier than stock tires, then it may not be covered by the warranty.

Check for cracks/cobwebs in the arms of the sideview mirrors. The factory may have overtightened the screws on the mirrors. But they should covered by the warranty.
