TX: 2013 Lotus Evora S IPS w/7K miles

Introduction
First, unfortunately my first post is to sell my Lotus. I've been on this forum for a few years but for some reason it took a new PC to finally register.

Why we're selling?
My goal was to attain a 911 but later changed to GT3. After driving the 911 S, and many nights (a year or so) of Lotustalk reads and Youtube, knew the the Evora was it.
Unfortunately after owning the car for 3 months, I realized I'm in a situation to reduce my mortgage to a couple of years vs paying off the car.
Also wife doesn't agree we need a 3rd car so this makes it tough because I prefer not use this as a daily.

About the Evora
There is nothing wrong with the car. I've never tracked or race it, and from the looks of the car and mileage, looks like previous did not either.
I was hoping to auto cross it at least 1 time to truly appreciate the experience. The car is located in San Antonio, TX and always garage.

2013 Lotus Evora S IPS
3.5L Supercharge V6, no modifications.
6600 miles and currenty being driven daily.
Vin: SCCLMDSU3DHA10121

Optional items equipped:
Backup Camera
Star Shield
Battery Maintainer
Technology Pack
IPS
IPS Sport Pack

Additinal information?
Excellent Condition.
Second Owner, assume ownership at 5K miles from Lotus dealer. Believe it was trade in for a 400 or Aston.
Factory warranty ends August 2017.

Some modifications to the car:
- Black Vinyl wrap added front lip, side and top. (Not happy with the result, may remove and bring front lip back to clear)
- Highest grade ceramic tint, including windshield
- Just service at Lotus of Austin. Oil change, adusted drivers window, replace A pillar cover and reset rear window seal. Replace brake sensor.
- Note, drivers side mirror vibrates with road, Lotus says they can't fix that.

Conclusion, yes, you should buy!
Just need to provide $58.5K US dollars in exchange for the Evora.

Lastly, am I considering trades?
Yes, looking at 2017 Ridgeline or 2005-2017 Tacoma Crew Cab, ideally 4X4 but would consider 2WD on the right deal.
Please, not interested in black or very dark ext color due to the TX heat.
Would go by book and market for fair trade values.

This is the exact spec and color I want, damnit if I didn't just buy an Exige project car so this is off the table at the moment. (No way I can convince my wife we need 5 cars, nor do we have room for them.) Good luck with your sale, this car is gorgeous!

2005 Elise magnetic blue/biscuit
2010 Audi S4 deep sea blue
2015 Audi Q5 3.0T scuba blue
(yes, I like blue cars)

Price drop to $56.5K, like to sell but not desperate so please be considerate if you're thinking of lowball offers.
