2ZZ-GE Ported Head

Brand new 2ZZ-GE head.
2002 casting with no air injection ports on exhaust. New old stock, RARE ??
Very hard to find a brand new casting from 2002. Current castings from Toyota have partial air injection.
Full port and polish.
Guides removed for porting. New guides installed.
All Ferrea parts including oversized valves.
Brand new intake cam installed.
New rocker shafts with threaded oil block-off, press in cap replaced.
Fully assembled, ready to bolt on.
The ultimate head for your Elise / Exige ( I would think )
PM your email address if you would like more details or pictures.
$3100.00 with core exchange

How much more power will it add? And where will the redline be at?

Amout of HP increase would depend on tunning and a few other factors.
A ported head will flow more cfm and creates potential for more HP.
Ferrea doesn't quote rpm limits. I shift my engine at 9000.
Some Honda guys with Ferrea parts shift at 10,500 plus.
I think 8600 is a good number for 2zz-ge with stock cams.

The S/C likes 9000 rpm JUST FINE! 8600 for the bottom-end, not the top. We use Jim's prepped head on our cars and it works really well. With tune and CAM expect at LEAST +20HP and +TQ using his fully dialed setup....

Beautiful head. There is a joke in there somewhere that I will refrain from.
That would make a great picture/poster.
