I just want to confirm:

Are the red TRD element filter as big as the white paper filter that comes with the original Cup air box? It looks like the red TRD filter is only slightly bigger but not by much than the factory paper filter (not be confused with the white paper filter that comes with the Cup airbox). On the other hand, the white paper Cup filter seems to be a lot bigger than the factory paper filter and the red TRD element filter.

are you referring to height? if so, that has "nothing" to do with flow.. it cant be any bigger in surface area..

i think all the boxes will have the broken tab. Mine broke eventually. Is it the tab at the back of the box where the large metal latch is?
