SOLD FS: APR Splitter

Sold This is back on the market:
FS: APR Carbon Fiber Splitter for Exige and Elise

It does not fit well the way I wanted to use it, so I'm offering it back up . I paid $300 plus $50 shipping. I will extend the same offer. Full and fair disclosure, The trip piece is a little worn and it will need to be replaced. You can get it from APR for $17.

For clarification, will it fit an Exige without the stock splitter, and if so, what is the downside to this arrangement (cosmetic issue, structural issues, etc.?)?

Thanks!

It does not fit under the Exige with a stock splitter. It could fit, but you'd need to modify the splitter some and I'd rather not do it. I paid $300 plus $50 shipping. I will extend the same offer. Full and fair disclosure, it will need the trim replaced. You can get it from APR for $17.

I'm not sure. There are 2 areas of the outside edge of the clam that stick down about an inch lower than the rest of the front end just in front of the wheels. You would still have to work around that if you took off the splitter.

Thanks! It is a great looking splitter. I'm sick about not being able to use it.

Here is a pic of it before I took it off:

wow, that's a lot of mounting holes. Any other pics of it installed? How far does it stick out from the stock splitter? 3"?

I didn't take any pics from the side. It comes back flush with the front of the wheel well and sticks out a little bit further than the one in kestrel74's picture.
