Do the Ohlins or any good shock upgrade get rid of that bouncy feeling when you get your car up above 80 or 90mph?

Are these 2 way adjustable? Also, are they the ones that Lotus Sport sells (ie: specificly built for Lotus) or the standard Ohlins.

these are the shocks that sector 111 use to offer but were set up to accept LSS sized springs in order to be legal for use in SCCA stock class Solo2. Yes they are double adjustable.
