Will the mounts have clear anodizing or it be raw aluminium? I live near the beach and the salt air is very corrosive.

They are raw aluminum.
I don't live near the beach, but I take my car out to the Oregon coast quite a bit, and I haven't seen any issues so far.
Do you see corrosion on other raw aluminum parts on your car (I think the transmission housing, radiator, valve cover etc. are all untreated aluminum)?
If not then I wouldn't be concerned about the bracket.
But if you are in doubt then I would recommend to just take a rattle can and clear coat the bracket...

Thanks Serebo1, I added you to the list...

I do try to spray WD40 on any alloy parts on my cars, they range from various Al alloys, magnesium, cad type I and II, iron oxide, clear and black anodizing, they will all oxidize over time - especially with the salt and moisture present.

If these brackets are raw Al without any anodizing, I'll just clear coat it before mounting it. BTW, nice job on the design.

No kidding

I need to have some spares laser cut because some might get screwed-up during the bending process, and some during the brushing...

But it seems like I'll be doing night shifts once I get the raw parts in...
