Yeah....August of last year.....I loved my Elise, I don't regret buying it though, or selling it.

I'll take one as well. just let me know how to send the money. I saw one installed this weekend and it looked great. Just need to get the radar detector - torn between the V1 and 8500

It's a small world since there is only a very small number of my brackets out there... But I'm glad you had the chance to see it and that you liked it! I think the epic battle between V1 and 8500 will never end. I really like my V1, but now that the 8500 has a GPS function which allows you to automatically mute known bogey's definitely brings up the question whether or not the arrows on the V1 are worth it. Every morning on my way in to work I drive by one of those stationary signs which display my speed, and every morning I have to hit the mute button on my V1. And sometimes I just think how nice it would be to just eliminate this bogey for good. But the arrows on the V1 and the remote display also saved me a few times before.... Anyways, the bracket should accommodate both, so you should be covered no matter which detector yo choose... ![]()

Ok, I have added you to the list.
I went and ordered all the hardware today and sent the drawing to the laser cutting company (haven't gotten a confirmation / completion date from them yet though...) I ordered some spares in case poeple haven't seen the thread yet and decide they still want one. So to the process: I figured I'll wait at least until I get the raw parts from the laser cutter. After that I will send out a PM to all of you with the payment information. It will take me some time to do a first finish on all of them before they go to the guy who bends them. I'll have to give him all the brackets at once, so the first finishing process needs to be done on all of them before that. After the bending I will do the final finish, packaging and ship them out. I'm sure I won't be able to send out all the brackets on the same day, so I will ship them in the order in which I received the payments. I hope that's ok with all of you. And I will of course keep you updated about the progress. Steve ![]()
