Ok guys, I heard back from the laser cutting place, and they will have the raw parts available for me to pick them up on Friday.
I guess I know what I'll be doing this weekend...

The mounting hardware is supposed to arrive today, and I'm supposed to get the raw brackets from the laser cutter tomorrow.

I also talked to the guy who bends them, and he promised me to get them done next week.

I just didn't want to take your money too early and then have people get too impatient...

Do you think your lasercutter/welder could also make a bracket like the one Turbophil made? I would love to be able to mount the V1 and the chasecam(if Randy ever responds to my PM

) right next to each other.

I don't know what the maximum material thickness is which they can cut.
But I can find out when I pick up the brackets.

But for Turbophil's bracket you also need a machining process for the clamping screws.
That shouldn't be a problem if you have a mill.
Unfortunately my lathe and mill are sitting in a basement about 5000 miles from here (in Germany)...
