We made too little quantity this time, that's why we are completely out of stock. Got my key, thank you.

The instructions mention some sort of a piece that goes inside the key that needs to be fiddled with to get the best feel from the buttons. My box did not include this piece.

More importantly, the button to lock/unlock doors gets stuck pressed down, which is obviously a problem.

Not sure if the 2 are related. Please advise

They are not related. The button piece is possibly a defect and I'll exchange it for you. Please ship it back to me, I'll pay for the shipping, and ship you a new one. You can use the same exact method I ship to you, but make sure to send me a tracking number
