OK... just thought I would check. I'm all the way in the "upper left hand corner" near Seattle... not sure it's worth shipping them, plus I'd like some kind of assurance that the wheels are true and I would probably want to conduct the transaction through escrow.

Like I said... not sure it's worth it.

No problem with shipping to Seattle, no problem with giving you money back if any problem with wheels. They were balanced and have not had any curb rash. the only defect I can see if you look closely at the last picture of the rear tire/rim in the 2 o'clock position there is a very small "chip" on the lip hard to see in the picture and didnt even notice it until I was cleaning and inspecting the wheels real close. I am not sure how to do third party transactions but if that makes you feel safer I dont have a problem with it.

Will the LSS wheels accommodate slicks?

Phantom,
Not sure, as I have only used the car for street, and am hoping to start autocrossing this year. Maybe someone with more knowledge could enlighten us. These are the OEM LSS wheels and tires that came with the Sport Pak but I do not know of its applications outside of the recommended tires used for street & track.

The black ones look great, btw. How about selling those to me?

Thanks Chris,
If I sell you the black LSS wheels can you tell me how many miles I can get off of the rotors! Seriously though, I like em better now that I have painted them with jet black and high gloss clear coat, makes the wheels look more agressive in my opinion

I can't agree more. Were they silver to start with, or black?

LSS wheels will accomodate the popular racing sizes of Hoosiers, absolutely. I assume that's what you mean by slicks.

Yes, that's what I meant- I've been tracking my car with base wheels and tires- I'm ready for something stickier-
