I bought this kit from a member (Intersec) a bit more than a year ago but I've finally made the decision not to go Forced Induction in order to stay in my AutoX class. It is used but has seen less than 2000 miles.

This turbo model is very nice for our engines. It offers quick spooling while being able to produce up to 450HP. On a stock Elise you can bolt-on 100wHP.

The kit includes:

• GT2871R Turbo

• Powdercoated Headers

• Powdercoated Downpipe

• MagnaFlow Muffler

• Four 630cc injectors

• Air/Air Intercooler

• Two Puller Fans with relays

• Brand New Waste Gate Actuator at 5 PSI

• Waste Gate Actuator at 11 PSI

• Brand New MWR Turbo Line Kit ($200 Value)

• Bosch Blow-off valve

• All clamps and silicone couplers needed

• Brand new air filter

As you can see the only thing you will need to provide is your favorite Standalone (X2, Radium EMS, PIP, etc).

This kit is perfect for you if you want to go Turbo without breaking the bank. This turbo has a lot of potential.


I'm asking $3000 + shipping. I will have to ship in two boxes. I'll ship the turbo apart from the rest. I accept local pick-up. Located 30 min from VT. (Sherbrooke, Qc)

I prefer cash and EMT (bank wires) but will consider Paypal if you absorb some of the fees.

Was this kit custom fabricated or is it something like one of the force fed kits? Do you have any photos?

I test fitted the kit when I got it and no fabrication work is required. It's completely bolt-on.

Also, I forgot to say that the turbo is ported in order to minimize boost creep at low boost levels.

The turbo alone is worth half the price.
If any lotus goes turbo a gt2871r is the one to get for sure...

Hey Noxx, Where did you have the intercooler mounted at?

I only test fitted the kit but it was on the left of the engine. Similar to where Radium's intercooler is, except mounted perpendicular to the ground. You'll have to move the expansion tank but this is no big deal.

Just want a say to be aware of Aerolotus or Noxx or lil_lotus which are the same guy!!

Yep the guy (lil_lotus) who just wrote under Noxx comment, is the same person! He comment himself!

"lil_lotus" did try to sell Aerolotus side skirts on this forum, he wrote that he sold his car before he had time to install them. He also said he bought them in a local event!
But when you contact AeroLotus on their website, guess who answering you as the president!? The triple name guy!

BTW, his car is not sold yet but he did try to sell it. The problem is that he's telling everyone that it was drove on highway ONLY... Do not trust this guy.

Anyway, strange dude, i would NOT recommend to buy from a guy like this!
